Ordering Policy
Mostly our orders are dispatched within 2 working days, however delivery may take up to 6-8 working days. If a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed by our customer support via phone or email.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to make any changes to the order you have placed or cancel it, please let us know as soon as possible after placing the order by contacting our customer support.
Damages Claim
In case of a damaged product, you are requested to inform us about it within 24 hours to claim an exchange for your purchased product. The same product will be delivered at the mentioned address by means of our free home delivery service. Any claim after the mentioned time frame, will not be entertained.
Order Return / Exchange Policy
Once an order has been delivered to you but you wish to exchange it due to any of the mentioned reasons below, you may do so within 7 days after receiving the order. The accepted reasons of exchange are:
